Delivery and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts. Rates are calculated as follows:

Delivery Charges

• Under £35 order (UK) - £3.95 (Order by 3pm)
• Free UK delivery for orders over £35.

We deliver to any destination within the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. There’s no surcharge for delivery to outlying areas.
We do not offer delivery outside the UK.

As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll be provided with a tracking number via email.

Our Delivery Explained

• Orders must be made by 3.00pm Monday - Thursday to ensure same day dispatch. (Excludes weekends & bank holidays) 
• Orders are shipped up until 3pm (Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on the weekend.
• Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following working day (Monday).
• Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following working day (Monday)

Require Signature

All orders will require a signature upon delivery at the shipping address, If a signature cannot be obtained the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will be responsible to collect or rearrange delivery (at your own cost).

Our courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to the depot where you can re-arrange a delivery from the delivery card.
